The Supply Chain team is looking for a thorough, responsible, and detail-oriented colleague to join our satellite technology organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for running and continuously improving supply chain operations, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and cost-effective.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will:Oversee supply cycle of components and services used in satellite manufacturing from vendor to productionLead demand planning and inventory management activities to ensure availability of critical and long lead components while balancing cost and inventory riskCollaborate closely with project management engineering production and sales teams to forecast demand align supply requirements and maintain delivery schedulesAnalyse supply chain data to identify risks bottlenecks and opportunities to improve purchasing inventory and logistics activitiesOptimize supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency cost control and data transparencyDefine implement and monitor key supply chain KPIs develop reporting tools to track performance and support continuous improvement initiativesActively participate in ERP system development related to supply chain inventory and procurement processesWe expect you to have:3+ years of experience in Supply chain industryExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExperience with ERP systems and demand planning toolsFluency in English and LithuanianProactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibilitySalarySalary starts from 2800 to 4000 gross/per monthThe final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experienceApply
