Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Find a Space Job ("we", "us"). By accessing or using our website, job board, employer dashboard, candidate profile tools, talent pool, and related services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep it up to date, and use the correct account type for your role as a job seeker or employer. You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for any content you post, upload, or submit, including job descriptions, company information, candidate profiles, CVs, professional links, invite messages, and other account content ("User Content"). You agree not to post User Content that is:

• Unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
• Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Unnecessarily includes sensitive personal data, confidential information, or personal data about another person without the right to share it.
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or chain letters.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review and remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.

4. Job Postings

All job postings must be for legitimate, existing employment opportunities. We are a job board, not a recruitment agency. We are not responsible for the hiring process or any communication between employers and job seekers. It is the employer's responsibility to comply with all applicable labor and employment laws.

5. Candidate Profiles and Talent Pool Visibility

Job seekers may create profiles and upload CVs. If you choose employer visibility, mark yourself open to opportunities, and complete the required profile fields, your profile may become available in the talent pool to authorized employers. Visible profile information may include your name, headline, bio, current role, current company, location, years of experience, preferred work modes, relocation preference, professional links, profile freshness, and whether you have uploaded a CV.

If your profile is available in the talent pool, authorized employers may view your profile, open your CV where available, and invite you to apply for active roles. You can change your profile visibility or remove profile information from your dashboard. We do not guarantee that talent pool visibility will lead to contact, interviews, offers, or employment.

6. Employer Talent Pool Use

Talent pool access is limited to eligible employer accounts and may require company verification, an active entitlement, or other approval. Employers may use talent pool data only to evaluate and contact candidates for legitimate recruitment opportunities through the Platform.

Employers must not scrape, copy, resell, publish, or build external databases from talent pool data; contact candidates for unrelated marketing; use candidate data in a discriminatory way; or use the Platform to make unlawful employment decisions. Employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, equality, immigration, data protection, and recruitment laws in their own hiring processes.

7. Talent Pool Invitations

Employers may invite visible candidates to apply for active jobs. Invitations are a communication feature only. They do not create an employment relationship, guarantee that a candidate will apply, or guarantee that an employer will respond, interview, or hire.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain services, such as posting a job, may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. At our sole discretion, we may offer goodwill remedies such as extending a listing or providing a complimentary repost; such remedies are not refunds and do not create an entitlement to future remedies.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Find a Space Job. By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, display, transmit, and process that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Platform, including displaying job posts and company profiles, showing visible candidate profiles to authorized employers, and delivering talent pool invitations.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account, company access, talent pool access, job postings, or other Platform access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, misuse candidate data, violate applicable law, create risk for other users, or use the Platform in a way that harms the service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, or reliability of any job posting, company profile, candidate profile, CV, talent pool result, invitation, or other user-provided information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Find a Space Job, its directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the last six (6) months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Find a Space Job from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, your hiring or application activity, your misuse of candidate or employer data, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid, Spain to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
