How much does it cost to post a job?
Standard is a one-time €249 for 30 days on the board. Featured is €399 for 45 days, highlighted placement, social posts, and a spot in the weekly newsletter. Scale is custom if you are posting several roles. No subscription.
What is the difference between Standard and Featured?
Standard puts the role on the board with your logo and application link. Featured adds 15 extra days, a highlighted listing, posts on LinkedIn and X, and inclusion in the weekly newsletter (1,300+ subscribers, about 65% open rate). Use Featured when the hire matters and you want people who are not actively searching the board.
What kind of candidates will I reach?
People already looking at European space work: aerospace and systems engineers, satellite operators, software and data, project managers, commercial and policy. It is a specialist board, not a generic jobs site.
Do I need an employer account to post?
No. You can fill the form, pay by card, and go. An employer account is optional and lets you edit listings and manage a company profile later.
When does my job go live?
After payment we do a short quality check, then publish. Straightforward listings usually go live the same day. If something is unclear we email the address on the form.
How do candidates apply?
They click through to the application URL you provide: your ATS, careers page, or a mailto. We do not sit in the middle of applications.
How do I pay? Can you invoice us?
Self-serve posts are card payment via Stripe. If you need an invoice, purchase order, or vendor onboarding, contact us before you post. Scale customers are usually invoiced.
Can I edit the listing after it is live?
Yes, from an employer account. If you posted without an account, email us and we will update it.
What if the listing does not get enough visibility?
Email us. We will look at the listing with you. If it did not get a fair run, we may extend it or offer a free repost on a later opening. That is handled by us, not an automated refund.
Can I post internships, contracts, or remote roles?
Yes. Full-time, part-time, contract, and internships are all fine. Remote and hybrid are fine if the role is for the European space sector. Pick the right job type on the form.
We have several roles. Should we buy Featured three times?
