ERP data specialist

Supply Chain team is looking for a thorough, responsible and self-motivated individual to take on the role of ERP Data Specialist. You will focus on ERP data management ensuring it’s clean and accurate. You will work closely with supply chain, production and engineering teams to ensure that all related operations are correctly reflected in ERP system.

As ERP data specialist, you will:Maintain ERP data (suppliers and items data, BOM’s, product configurations, etc.) and ensure the accuracy of all changesWork with production, engineering and finance departments to set up, monitor and administrate material flow and manufacturing work orders in ERP systemParticipate in the release new or modifying existing production articles, taking responsibility for ERP related activitiesAct as a subject matter expert for ERP activities related to supply chain and manufacturing operations.Develop and maintain of ERP-related instructions and documentation to ensure that employees have access to clear and up-to-date guidelinesParticipate in continuous cycle counting and annual inventoryAssist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errorsGenerate inventory control metrics and prepare related reportsWe expect you to have:2-3 years of experience with ERP data in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge and understanding of inventory and supply chain processesDepp understanding of manufacturing operationsAttention to detail in data entryExperience with Excel and ability to build reportsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in EnglishSalarySalary starts from 2500to 3300 gross/per monthThe final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experienceApply

  • Salary starts from 2500to 3300 gross/per month
