AIT Support Engineer

Our System Engineering department AIT team is looking for a new member who will lead troubleshooting and failure investigation during Assembly, Integration and Testing phases of satellite missions. You will be the go-to expert when problems occur, applying systematic diagnostic methodology to quickly identify root causes and implement corrective actions. This role focuses mostly on hands-on problem solving and on building diagnostic capability across the AIT team.

As an AIT Support Engineer, you will:Lead investigation of satellite-level nonconformances and anomaliesApply systematic troubleshooting methodology to electrical and software issuesPerform root cause analysis with documented findings and corrective actionsRapidly diagnose issues to minimize impact on integration scheduleWork with subsystem and design engineers to resolve complex problems and close feedback loopsParticipate in critical integration and testing activities to provide immediate troubleshooting supportBuild troubleshooting knowledge base and failure pattern libraryTrain AIT engineers on diagnostic techniquesProvide on-site customer support when expert troubleshooting is requiredWe expect you to have:3+ years of electronics troubleshooting and failure investigation experienceStrong hands-on experience in electronics and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, LVDS, etc.)Use diagnostic equipment as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers to trace and analyze failuresStrong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to form hypotheses, test them systematically, and document findingsGood communication skills – ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesResult oriented attitude and proactivenessNice to have:Experience in quality engineering, reliability engineering, or failure analysisBackground in electronics design or hardware developmentLinux / embedded system knowledgeSpace industry experienceSalarySalary starts from 2200 – 3600 gross/per monthThe final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experienceApply

  • Strong hands-on experience in electronics and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, LVDS, etc.)
  • Use diagnostic equipment as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers to trace and analyze failures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to form hypotheses, test them systematically, and document findings
  • Good communication skills – ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Result oriented attitude and proactiveness
  • Experience in quality engineering, reliability engineering, or failure analysis
  • Background in electronics design or hardware development
  • Linux / embedded system knowledge
  • Space industry experience
  • Salary starts from 2200 – 3600 gross/per month
  • The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
