Neubiberg start-up flying satellites that detect and geolocate radio signals from space.

Orbint, founded in 2025 in Neubiberg as a University of the Bundeswehr Munich spin-off from the SeRANIS mission, is building a satellite constellation for space-based signals intelligence. Its satellites detect, identify, and geolocate emitters such as radars and jammers, with processing on board so data stays in Europe. Rohde & Schwarz invested in 2025; in 2026 Orbint joined an Airbus-led ISR consortium with Rohde & Schwarz, constellr, and HPS.
