Your Mission

As a Space System Engineer at ARCA Dynamics, you will be responsible for the development of platforms and subsystems for nanosatellites, the design of satellite payloads, and the definition and validation of the mechanical structures of our space systems. You will work within a multidisciplinary team where engineering, creativity, and technical rigor come together to deliver reliable and innovative solutions in support of space security.

Key Responsibilities

• Development of platforms and subsystems for nanosatellites.

• Design and development of satellite payloads.

• Structural design, analysis, and testing activities.

• Coordination of technical activities and integration of contributions from different teams.

• Support to system qualification and validation activities.

• Execution of additional tasks as assigned, when necessary.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience in the development of platforms and subsystems for nanosatellites.

• Expertise in the design and development of satellite payloads.

• Experience in structural design, analysis, and testing.

• Proficiency with major design software, preferably PTC Creo.

• Knowledge of major analysis tools, preferably ANSYS (structural and thermal modules).

Capabilities and Requirements

• Ability to manage work groups and coordinate technical activities.

• Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and verify the achievement of short-, medium-, and long‑term objectives.

• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to operate in dynamic environments.

• Excellent collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.

• Hands‑on experience with space components and subsystems.

• Preferably at least 5 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the space sector.
