Liftero is at the heart of this trend. We build propulsion systems for the thousands of spacecraft coming to orbit, with the ambition to become the global leader in satellite propulsion — the transport layer of the space economy. Our goal is clear: deploy 1,000 propulsion systems in space.

Our core product is BOOSTER, a non-toxic chemical propulsion system built from first principles for the NewSpace era. It has already been validated in space.

Position Overview

As we grow, the teams building, selling, and funding our hardware need someone making sure the operational side just works. That's this role.

We're looking for a Business Operations Specialist to be the connective tissue across the company — supporting our Commercial, Engineering, and Finance teams so each can focus on what they do best. You'll manage contracts and operational paperwork, keep procurement and logistics moving, support proposals, and build the processes that let a fast-growing company stay sharp. You'll report to the Head of Business Operations and grow with the function as we scale.

Your Daily Impact

• Being the operational backbone across Commercial, Engineering, and Finance — removing friction so each team can move fast.
• Managing contracts, NDAs, and standard agreements, and coordinating with external counsel on anything non-standard.
• Keeping procurement, shipping, export, and logistics moving so hardware and orders arrive on time.
• Supporting the commercial team with proposal coordination, contract administration, and customer-facing paperwork.
• Supporting finance with operational inputs — vendor documentation, invoicing coordination, and cost tracking.
• Owning and improving the internal processes, tools, and templates that keep the company running as it scales.

Is This You?

• 2+ years in business operations, office management, or a similar cross-functional role.
• You're a natural organizer who likes making things run — comfortable jumping between legal, procurement, finance, and commercial tasks in the same day.
• A legal or law background is a strong plus, especially for handling contracts and agreements.
• You're comfortable owning documents and processes without hand-holding.
• Detail-oriented but fast — you don't cut corners on things that matter, and don't slow down on things that don't.
• Fluent English. Comfortable in an international, technical environment.
• You like building structure where there isn't any yet.
