Administration Specialist

Liftero is at the heart of this trend. We build propulsion systems for the thousands of spacecraft coming to orbit, with the ambition to become the global leader in satellite propulsion — the transport layer of the space economy. Our goal is clear: deploy 1,000 propulsion systems in space.
Our core product is BOOSTER, a non-toxic chemical propulsion system built from first principles for the NewSpace era. It has already been validated in space.

Position Overview
As an Administration Specialist at Liftero, you will play a key role in keeping the company running smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will support the operational side of the organization - from coordinating procurement processes to maintaining internal documentation and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
In a fast-growing deep-tech startup like Liftero, organization, reliability, and proactivity are essential. Engineers focus on building propulsion systems that move satellites in space, while you make sure the operational backbone of the company works flawlessly.
You will work closely with leadership and the technical team, helping to maintain structure, clarity, and efficiency as the company grows.
Your Daily Impact
Procurement
- Process purchase orders based on requests from the technical team and track their status
- Monitor payment status for suppliers and contractors
- Verify vendors and review incoming invoices, clarifying any inconsistencies
Administration
- Maintain and organize internal company documentation
- Oversee document flow and company email correspondence
- Support internal administrative processes and ensure proper record keeping
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Kraków office, including office supplies and coordination with building administration and service providers
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier shipments
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

- Excellent organizational skills, independence, and a proactive mindset
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an SME or startup environment
- Basic familiarity with business regulations (e.g. labor law, GDPR) is a plus
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Fluent Polish and at least B2-level English
- Willingness to learn and grow within administrative operations
