Panura, founded in 2026 in Munich, is building a low-Earth-orbit satellite constellation for a non-terrestrial network meant to deliver secure connectivity where terrestrial coverage is weak. The GmbH is registered to develop and operate satellite NTN services, including mobile telecoms and related space applications.
