AALTO is an Airbus subsidiary based in Farnborough, UK. It manufactures and operates Zephyr, a solar-powered high-altitude platform that can stay in the stratosphere for months. Spun out of Airbus in 2022 and rebranded AALTO in 2023, it sells connectivity and Earth observation services to government and commercial customers.
