Your mission 🚀
As a Software Developer/Engineer at ARCA Dynamics, you will design, develop and maintain software solutions that support our advanced space‑surveillance technologies. You will work with embedded systems, contribute to FPGA projects, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality software.
Key responsibilities
Software development: design, implement and maintain applications in C, Python and Bash.
System integration: work with embedded systems to integrate software with hardware components.
Linux environment: develop and troubleshoot in Linux, ensuring high performance and reliability.
FPGA development: contribute to projects involving FPGA technologies.
Cross‑disciplinary collaboration: work closely with hardware engineers, data scientists and other software developers.
Continuous improvement: stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
What we look for
Strong command of C, Python and Bash.
Experience in Linux environments.
Experience with embedded systems (preferred).
Familiarity with FPGA technologies (a plus).
Problem‑solving skills and ability to work in dynamic contexts.
Excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Who we are
ARCA Dynamics is an Italian leader in space surveillance, specializing in advanced Space Situational Awareness (SSA) solutions. We design and operate proprietary CubeSat nanosatellites equipped with high‑sensitivity optical and RF sensors to collect orbital data and analyze it using advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence.
We collaborate with major national and international institutions, including the European Union, the European Space Agency and the United States Space Force, which use ARCA data to improve orbital safety and traffic management.
