You Will

drive the commercial growth of Involve Space across Italy, Europe, and international markets.

You’ll design and execute the company’s sales strategy, build long-term relationships with key clients and partners, and lead the expansion of our innovative aerospace solutions into new sectors.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the company’s sales strategy in alignment with business goals Identify and acquire new customers across aerospace, defense, infrastructure, and innovation-driven markets Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients and strategic partners Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with stakeholders worldwide Collaborate with the CEO and innovation team to develop tailored commercial offersProvide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic insights to executive leadershipRepresent Involve Space at industry fairs, events, and international delegationsBuild, coach, and lead a growing sales team.

Must Have

Proven experience in sales leadership roles (Sales Director, Head of Sales, or equivalent) Track record of closing significant B2B or institutional deals Strategic mindset combined with hands-on negotiation skills Strong stakeholder management ability, from corporates to public institutions Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and digital collaboration platformsAvailability to travel frequently for business development purposesA genuine interest in aerospace, technology, and innovation.

Nice To Have

Previous exposure to the aerospace, tech, or innovation sectorsExperience in investor relations, fundraising, or board reporting Additional languagesNetwork with institutional bodies, space agencies, or large corporates Ability to draft and review contracts, agreements, or policy documents Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo.
