Marketing & Communications Manager
About Us
Liftero build rocket engines for new space era spacecrafts. With our first units already flying on SpaceX rideshare missions, we’re bringing BOOSTER - our next-gen thruster to small satellite missions.
We are an ambitious team of engineers and experts in field of propulsion and space systems. We move fast, stay focused, and keep things light. It’s a high-energy environment, but also a rewarding one - at Liftero, you’ll tackle meaningful challenges with people you actually enjoy working with.
We are looking for mission-driven people to join our team - builders, problem-solvers, and curious minds who want to shape the future of space mobility and see their work make it to orbit.
Position Overview
Liftero isn’t a typical startup. We build hardware that must survive vacuum, heat, vibration - and then move satellites in space. We don’t create campaigns “for reach.” Everything we publish must be precise, tailored, and trusted by people making multi-million-euro mission decisions.
We are looking for someone who wants to step inside our world: Someone who can sit with engineers, extract the essence of what they’re building, and turn it into communication that actually matters.
This role is for someone who cares about the mission - about building European space capabilities - and wants their work to have real, tangible impact.
Your Daily Impact
- Understand the dynamics of the space and deeptech industry: long sales cycles, mission-critical decisions, procurement paths and how satellite manufacturers evaluate propulsion.
- Track market trends, competitors and customer needs, and turn this insight into sharp, differentiated messaging.
- Be embedded with R&D: gather facts, test results, visuals, data and turn them into content that builds Liftero’s credibility.
- Support sales and fundraising with materials that clearly show where we fit in the space value chain and why customers choose our technology.
- Shape the narrative of a company built in Poland, proving that world-class propulsion can be designed and manufactured here - and positioning Liftero as a future pillar of European space.
- Stay adaptable and move fast, because in deeptech priorities shift quickly and timing is everything.
Is This You?
- You want to join a small, focused team fighting for something ambitious with limited time, money, and energy not just “run marketing.”
- You can quickly understand how a subsystem or test works and ask questions engineers don’t need to translate into non-technical fluff.
- You prefer honesty and hard facts over typical marketing jargon.
- You take ownership, finish what you start, and aren’t afraid of responsibility.
- You can handle the tempo - sometimes fast, sometimes chaotic, always meaningful.
Perks & Advantages
- Private healthcare
- Multisport membership
- Courses and Trainings financing
- Stock options
- Unlimited fresh grinded coffee
